Description

Actually this is a design of a costume of a fantasy idea that I'd like to see made and shown at a media/fandom convention.
I sketched and drew up some years ago(NOT this actual picture).

The artist that did this picture your are seeing is *whonew an artist from the United Kingdom. :flaguk: I saw his work on his deviantart.com site and asked if he could do a commission based on my costume design. I scanned my sketches, emailed it to him and asked to come up something. :deviation:
:gallery: HE DID. :)

I give him FOUR STARS for doing such a good rendition of it.
:star: :star: :star: :star:
You can see *whonew artwork here at deviantart at his
site of: whonew.deviantart.com
:painter:

AGAIN, "*whonew" did the artwork seen here
and not me.
I only designed the costume and design of
the concept of it.

The story of the "Silverized Batwing Boy" is this....

Young kid runs away from home, goes out country comes to spooky old mansion isolated in back country area.
Turns out there is a Mad Scientist Alchemist in the place,
who traps the kid... :omfg: :fear:

Uses the poor unfortunate boy(or is it fortunate) as a
guinea pig for one of his alchemy experiments. :jarkinajar:

After the so called strapping the victim to the large
wooden table in the mad scientist room scene scenario.
:fear:

Dresses the lad in indestructible clothing he created in
his lab, the clothes is sewed on the lad by the Mad Alchemist lab assistant sealing him in, and the
shiny black type ballet shoes are sewed and and
glued with specialized compound onto his feet never to come off which will become a part of him.

The Mad Scientist Alchemist injects with a hypodermic syringe the poor boy(or is it?) with his alchemy made serum. :evillaugh:

Boy becomes weak and tired. :faint:

Mad scientist and his assistant unstraps boy places him in a silk type cocoon and seals him in. Some eight weeks later boy breaks out of his cocoon.

Now has shiny metallic silver skin, silver wings and can fly and can live almost forever. Can see almost in total
darkness his senses are more sensitive. He is not a vampire(thank goodness). :mangapunksai:

Bad news is he can only go out at night, can no longer eat anything(no more candy, ice cream, junk food). Has to be
energized and fed by moonlight. Never will feel hunger because his stomach and digestive tract no longer works. Of course, he does not have
to go to school(which he thinks is a good thing).

Can sleep like a bat upside down if he wants to
because of type of adhesive soles on bottom of
his feet so he can walk or upside down
or whatever.

He might enjoy himself in his new
Silver Batwing Body life from now on.
What do you think?

the earlier sketches I did years ago, along with the
color scheme item that I sent to whonews for him
to do a detail artwork of it.
